Scoping Review: Efek job insecurity

Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi berbagai dampak job insecurity sebagai konsekuensi dari situasi/kondisi yang ada beberapa tahun terakhir. Metode yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah dengan melakukan tinjauan literatur berdasarkan ruang lingkup tertentu (scoping review). Jumlah literatur yang ditinjau dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 15 artikel. Kelima belas artikel tersebut masuk dalam kriteria: (a) kata kunci “job insecurity” pada bagian judul artikel, (b) tergolong jurnal open access, (c) diterbitkan pada tahun 2020-2023, (d) judul artikel membahas dampak dari job insecurity, dan (e) jurnal tempat artikel dipublikasi terindeks di Scimago Rank. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, beberapa dampak dari job insecurity adalah: (1) Dukungan sosial yang dirasakan menurun dan rasa memiliki menurun, (2) Afek negatif, gejala depresi, dan depresi berat meningkat, (3) Efikasi diri yang kuat, harga diri, dan kesejahteraan subjektif menurun, (4) Terjadi perubahan kepribadian jangka panjang, (5) Gangguan tidur, dan nyeri muskuloskeletal meningkat, (6) Meningkatnya perilaku koping maladaptif/strategi koping, (7) Pengambilan keputusan yang bersifat defensif meningkat, (8) Kepercayaan terhadap organisasi menurun, (9) Niat keluar (turnover intentions) meningkat dan terjadi turnover yang sebenarnya.
