Pengaruh pembelajaran, reward, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kualitas sumber daya manusia di PT XYZ

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the cause-and-effect relationship of the Learning, Reward, and Work Motivation program to the quality of Human Resources in PT XYZ. The study observed as many as 70 employees of PT Xyz. The research uses a quantitative approach to determine the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables. The data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees via the Google form media. The study was tested using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) technique with the Partial Least Square (PLS) method and then analyzed using the Smart PLS software version 4.0. From the test results, it was found that the Learning and Reward variables have a positive and significant impact on the Human Resource Quality of PT XYZ.


Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis hubungan sebab akibat program Pembelajaran, Reward, dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia di PT XYZ. Penelitian ini mengamati sebanyak 70 karyawan PT XYZ. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menentukan hubungan antara variabel independent dan variabel dependen. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan lewat media google form. Pengujian penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan software Smart PLS versi 4.0. Dari hasil pengujian, ditemukan bahwa variabel Pembelajaran dan Reward berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia dari PT XYZ. Sedangkan Motivasi Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia.
