Peran kualitas sistem informasi dan perceived usefulness dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pasien rumah sakit swasta

Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of these factors on patient satisfaction in private hospitals in North Jakarta. By collecting primary data through a questionnaire distributed via social media, the study employs the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method to examine the relationships between these variables. The findings reveal a significant impact of information system quality and perceived usefulness on patient satisfaction, suggesting that private hospital management in North Jakarta can enhance these aspects to improve patient experiences and overall satisfaction.
Penelitian ini berfokus untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor-faktor tersebut terhadap kepuasan pasien di rumah sakit swasta di Jakarta Utara. Dengan mengumpulkan data primer melalui kuesioner yang disebar melalui media sosial, penelitian ini menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Temuan ini mengungkapkan dampak yang signifikan dari kualitas sistem informasi dan perceived usefulness terhadap kepuasan pasien, sehingga menunjukkan bahwa manajemen rumah sakit swasta di Jakarta Utara dapat meningkatkan aspek-aspek ini untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pasien dan kepuasan secara keseluruhan.
