Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi turnover intention pada karyawan Generasi Z yang bekerja di Jakarta

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of job satisfaction as a mediator between work-life balance, career development as the independent variable, and turnover intention as the dependent variable. This study will use the quantitative method with purposive sampling to collect data and analysis. The population of this study is targeted at all Generation Z workers in Jakarta. data collection will be using a questionnaire that is spread across Jakarta. This study will use SmartPLS 4 to calculate 180 respondents that match the criteria. The result of this study shows that work-life balance, career development, and job satisfaction have a negative significant relationship to turnover intention. Also, job satisfaction fully mediated both work-life balance – turnover intention and career development – turnover intention.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kepuasan kerja sebagai mediator antara work-life balance, pengembangan karir sebagai variabel independen, dan turnover intention sebagai variabel dependen. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan purposive sampling untuk mengumpulkan data dan analisa. Populasi penelitian ini ditujukan kepada seluruh pekerja Generasi Z di Jakarta. Pengumpulan data akan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar di Jakarta. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan SmartPLS 4 untuk menghitung 180 responden yang sesuai dengan kriteria. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance, pengembangan karir, dan kepuasan kerja mempunyai hubungan negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kepuasan kerja sepenuhnya memediasi work-life balance – turnover intention dan pengembangan karir – turnover intention.
