Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of brand trust, knowledge of fintech, security, and convenience on the use of digital banking services. This study is a descriptive study technique with a quantitative approach, whereas data collection was conducted cross-sectionally. This study collected data from 219 respondents who are bank customers at Tanjung Pinang and have been currently using digital banking services. The data was collected online by distributing questionnaires with Google Form. Moreover, data was analyzed by using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method by using SmartPLS 3.3.9 software. This study showed that brand trust, knowledge of fintech, security, and convenience have a positive effect on the use of digital banking services.


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepercayaan merek, pengetahuan mengenai fintech, keamanan, dan kenyamanan terhadap penggunaan jasa digital banking. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan secara cross-sectional. Penelitian ini memperoleh data dari 219 responden yang merupakan nasabah di Tanjung Pinang dan sedang menggunakan jasa digital banking. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara online dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui Google Form. Selanjutnya, data dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) melalui software SmartPLS 3.39. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan merek, pengetahuan mengenai fintech, keamanan, dan kenyamanan berpengaruh positif terhadap penggunaan jasa digital banking.
