Abstract

Kepuasan kerja merupakan salah satu hal terpenting yang perlu diperhatikan oleh orang yang bekerja dan oleh semua perusahaan atau organisasi. Dalam dunia kerja akan selalu ada individu yang merasakan ketidakpuasan terhadap pekerjaan maupun organisasi tempat kerja mereka dan akan ada juga individu yang puas terhadap pekerjaan dan organisasi mereka. Salah satu faktor dari kepuasan kerja adalah keadilan organisasi yang terbagi menjadi keadilan distributif, prosedural dan interaksional. Setiap dimensi keadilan organisasi memiliki peran-nya tersendiri dalam memprediksi kepuasan kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dimensi keadilan organisasi manakah yang paling memprediksi kepuasan kerja pada orang bekerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode meta-analisis dan tinjauan literatur secara sistematis. Sebanyak 7 studi dengan karakteristik yang beragam telah terkumpul dan terseleksi sebagai data utama dari penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semua dimensi keadilan organisasi berhubungan positif dan signifikan dalam memprediksi kepuasan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat diketahui bahwa semakin tinggi persepsi keadilan organisasi, maka semakin puas seseorang atas pekerjaan dan organisasinya. Lalu, pada penelitian ini juga ditemukan bahwa dimensi keadilan interaksional menjadi dimensi paling memprediksi kepuasan kerja dibandingkan dengan dimensi keadilan organisasi lainnya. Hal ini menyatakan bahwa individu lebih puas ketika mereka menerima perlakukan adil seperti dihormati, dihargai dan adanya komunikasi yang jujur antara individu dengan rekan kerja maupun supervisor atau organisasi.
