Stres kerja, efikasi diri, dan keseimbangan kehidupan bekerja dalam pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kesenjangan usia sebagai variabel moderasi

Abstract
This research aims to find out how work stress, self-efficacy, and work-life balance influence employee performance, especially Generation Z workers, which in previous research focused on previous generations with the age gap as a moderating variable. The sample was selected using the purposive sampling method-cross-sectional and distributing questionnaires online using Google Forms with valid respondent data results of 309 respondents. The data processing technique uses SmartPLS version 4. The results of this research show that work stress, self-efficacy, and work-life balance influence employee performance, and also work stress, self-efficacy, and work-life balance influence employee performance with the moderating variable in the form of age gap. The implication of this research that can be considered for companies is the importance of paying attention to work stress, self-efficacy, and work-life balance for workers, especially in Generation Z, with or without an age gap.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh stres kerja, efikasi diri, serta keseimbangan kehidupan bekerja terhadap kinerja karyawan terkhusus pada pekerja Generasi Z yang pada penelitian sebelumnya terfokus pada generasi-generasi sebelumnya dengan kesenjangan usia sebagai variabel moderasi. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling-cross sectional dan penyebaran kuesioner secara online menggunakan Google Forms dengan hasil data responden yang valid sebanyak 309 responden. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan SmartPLS versi 4. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja, efikasi diri, dan keseimbangan kehidupan bekerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan juga stres kerja, efikasi diri, dan keseimbangan kehidupan bekerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan adanya variabel moderasi berupa kesenjangan usia. Implikasi dari penelitian ini yang dapat diperhatikan bagi perusahaan adalah pentingnya memperhatikan stres kerja, efikasi diri, serta keseimbangan kehidupan bekerja bagi pekerja terutama pada Generasi Z dengan atau tanpa adanya kesenjangan usia.
