Main Article Content
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation, organizational commitment, and work engagement on turnover intention among athletes in PUSLATDA KONI East Java. This research utilized the SmartPLS analysis method to examine the relationships among the variables. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to athletes registered at the Regional Training Center (PUSLATDA) of the Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI) in East Java. The results of the data analysis indicate that compensation, organizational commitment, and job engagement significantly influence turnover intention among athletes at PUSLATDA KONI East Java. The policy implications of this research suggest that the management of PUSLATDA KONI East Java needs to pay attention to these factors to enhance athlete retention and well-being. For instance, increasing compensation commensurate with athlete contributions, improving facilities and educational benefits, and efforts to strengthen organizational commitment and job engagement can help reduce turnover intention rates and enhance overall athlete performance.
