INTERKORELASI INDIKATOR SINDROM METABOLIK PADA DOKTER MUDA: STUDI POTONG LINTANG DI FAKULTAS KEDOKTERAN UNIVERSITAS TARUMANAGARA

Abstract
Pendahuluan: Sindrom metabolik (SM) merupakan kumpulan kondisi yang mencakup obesitas sentral, dislipidemia, dan gangguan metabolisme glukosa, yang secara kolektif meningkatkan risiko penyakit kardiometabolik. Meskipun dokter muda secara klinis sering dianggap sehat, tingginya stres, pola makan yang tidak teratur, serta kurangnya aktivitas fisik dalam lingkungan pendidikan klinis dapat meningkatkan kerentanan terhadap gangguan metabolik. Metode: Studi potong lintang ini dilakukan pada sekelompok dokter muda, dengan pengumpulan data meliputi pengukuran antropometri (lingkar perut dan indeks massa tubuh) serta pemeriksaan biomarker metabolik melalui analisis laboratorium. Uji korelasi digunakan untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antara tekanan darah, antropometri, HbA1c, glukosa darah puasa, high-density lipoprotein (HDL), dan trigliserida. Hasil: Analisis korelasi menunjukkan hubungan bermakna antara tekanan darah, antropometri, dan profil metabolik. Tekanan sistolik berkorelasi dengan diastolik (r=0.467, p<0.01) dan lingkar perut (r=0.316, p<0.01). Lingkar perut–panggul sangat kuat (r=0.818, p<0.01). Gula darah puasa berkorelasi negatif ringan dengan tekanan diastolik (r=–0.244, p<0.05). Kesimpulan: Hasil penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya deteksi dini dan pemantauan berkala terhadap indikator metabolik pada dokter muda. Pemanfaatan pemeriksaan antropometrik sederhana yang dikombinasikan dengan analisis biokimia dasar dapat menjadi alat skrining yang efektif. Intervensi gaya hidup berbasis institusional perlu segera diterapkan untuk mencegah progresivitas SM di kalangan tenaga medis muda
