HUBUNGAN STATUS GIZI, KONSUMSI JUNK FOOD, DAN ASUPAN LEMAK, NATRIUM DAN GULA DALAM JUNK FOOD DENGAN KEJADIAN MENARCHE DINI PADA SISWI SMP DI SEKOLAH SMPN 02 SUNGAI RAYA, KALIMANTAN BARAT

Abstract

Pubertas adalah masa perubahan antara masa kanak-kanak dengan remaja, ditandai dengan perubahan jasmani yang dinamis sehingga menyebabkan perubahan fisik, psikologis dan perilaku. Pubertas pada seorang perempuan diawali dengan thelarce, kemudian pubarche, dan memuncak dengan terjadinya menarche. Pada tahun 2010 berdasarkan Riset Kesehatan Dasar di Kalimantan Barat didapatkan sebanyak 20,5% anak perempuan mengalami menarche dini terjadi pada usia 11-12 tahun, dan sebanyak 0,7% terjadi pada usia 9-10 tahun. Berdasarkan tinjauan Pustaka, olahraga, obesitas, dan asupan makanan seperti junk food merupakan faktor-faktor yang berperan terhadap menarche dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara olahraga, status gizi dan asupan junk food terhadap kejadian menarche dini pada siswi SMP di Kalimantan Barat. Penelitian ini bersifat analitik dengan desain potong lintang, dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara consecutive sampling. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 117 siswi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner online. Hasil analisis Chi-Square didapatkan hubungan antara menarche dini dengan status gizi lebih-obese (p<0,05); frekuensi asupan junk food lebih dari 1 kali (p<0,05); asupan lemak (p<0,05); dan tidak ada hubungan antara menarche dini dengan olahraga rutin dan frekuensi olahraga; asupan natrium (p>0,05) dan asupan gula (p>0,05). Kesimpulan didapatkan bahwa menarche dini dipengaruhi oleh faktor seperti status gizi lebih-obese, frekuensi asupan junk-food yang berlebihan dan asupan lemak.
