Meningkatkan Self Regulation Pada Karyawan Baru Generasi Z Melalui Program Buku Daily Planners

Abstract

Banyaknya kehadiran karyawan baru Generasi Z di tempat kerja menjadi suatu tantangan bagi perusahaan dalam menyesuaikan karakteristik dari beberapa generasi. Salah satu permasalahan yang sering ditemukan pada karyawan baru Generasi Z yaitu budaya fleksing, mengakibatkan munculnya perasaan rentan bosan, mudah merasa stress atau cemas dan keinginan berpindah - pindah tempat kerja. Sehingga penting bagi karyawan Generasi Z untuk mampu menerapkan self regulation saat  berada di tempat kerja agar tangguh saat mendalami suatu profesi. Dalam rangka meningkatkan self regulation pada karyawan baru Generasi Z maka dibuat suatu program buku daily planners. Pada implementasinya, program tersebut diberikan pada sejumlah 30 responden karyawan baru Generasi Z untuk mempelajari program dan pengerjaan kuesioner selama 60 - 90 menit. Tanggapan responden terhadap penilaian program tersebut secara keseluruhan bermanfaat, bervariasi dan menarik untuk digunakan. Selain itu, dilakukan pengukuran pre-test dan post-test mengenai self regulation pada responden yang memperoleh hasil uji rata-rata pada kelompok pre-test   (M = 2.6267, SD = 0.41163) yang secara signifikan lebih kecil daripada rata-rata pada kelompok post test (M = 3.4833 , SD = 0.20441), t(29) = -15.118, p < 0.05 menunjukkan  adanya perbedaan  yang signifikan antara Pemahaman terhadap self-regulation pre-test dan post-test. Hasil yang diperoleh dapat diinterpretasikan bahwa program tersebut dapat meningkatkan awareness dan pemahaman terkait pentingnya self regulation bagi karyawan baru Generasi Z.
