Abstract

Chart of control is a chart used to monitor process with assuming normal distribution must be fulfilled. In making this control chart the T2 Hotelling method is used because the data used is multivariate data. In the control chart has Upper Control Limit (UCL) which is used as a limit to determine whether the data is controlled or not. The results of the control chart are graphical plots that represent each individual student. The results of the control chart data are followed by process capability analysis to determine the quality of each subject used as a study. The best results from process capability analysis was found in 2012, then decreased in 2013, and slightly increased in 2014.
