ANALISIS PENGARUH JOB DEMAND TERHADAP BURNOUT PADA GURU: A SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE

Abstract
This research was conducted to synthesize and explore the influence of job demands that can cause burnout in teachers using the Systematic Literature Review method. Burnout is still a hot topic to discuss because the prevalence of burnout experienced by teachers is still high. This research uses four databases in the form of Springer Link, APA PsycNet, Science Direct, and PubMed. The participants used in this research article are teachers. In the final stage, this research obtained a total of 8 articles that were in accordance with research inclusion and exclusion and discussed the influence of job demands on teacher burnout. Job demands have a direct and significant influence on the burnout experienced by teachers. The existence of other variables such as gratitude and personal resources can be variables that mediate job demands to influence burnout. Apart from that, it can be seen that job demands in the form of workload, role ambiguity, role conflict and work-family conflict can also have an influence on the burnout experienced by teachers. This research aims to explore the impact of jib demands to burnout among teachers.
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mensintesis dan mengeksplorasi pengaruh dari job demand atau tuntutan pekerjaan yang dapat memunculkan burnout atau kelelahan pada guru dengan menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review. Burnout masih menjadi topik yang perlu untuk dibahas karena prevalensi burnout yang dialami guru masih tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan empat database yaitu Springer Link, APA PsycNet, Science Direct, dan PubMed. Partisipan yang digunakan pada artikel penelitian ini merupakan guru. Pada tahap akhir, penelitian ini mendapatkan sebanyak delapan artikel yang sudah sesuai dengan inklusi serta eksklusi penelitian dan membahas mengenai pengaruh job demand terhadap burnout pada guru. Job demand memiliki pengaruh secara langsung dan signifikan pada burnout yang dialami oleh guru. Adanya variabel lain seperti trait gratitude dan personal resource dapat menjadi variabel yang menjadi mediator terhadap job demand untuk memberikan pengaruh pada burnout. Selain itu dapat diketahui jika job demand berupa workload, role ambiguity, role conflict, dan work family conflict juga dapat memberikan pengaruh pada burnout yang dialami oleh guru. Adanya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh job demand terhadap burnout yang dialami oleh guru.
