STUDI LITERASI TENTANG INOVASI PENGELOLAAN DIGITAL PERGURUAN TINGGI DI JAKARTA

Abstract

Digitization in education had a great impact especially after the Novel Corona-virus pandemic happens in 2020 around Indonesia.  Jakarta, as the capital city of Indonesia, is also suffered greatly because of this pandemic.  The transformation that needed in this sector made plenty of educational institutions from elementary to higher education must change their perspective incrementally.  The problem that occurs in these institutions include the digital infrastructure, the cultural effects, the social learning obstacles and the financial turbulences.  Based on those statements above, the research objective is ensuring the educational institution especially higher education to manage the innovation from digital sector.  The method used in this research is qualitative method by using literature study about digital management at higher education institutions.  From the research, researchers found out that digital innovation management could bring benefits to the educational institution management team especially for supporting the infographic maps fulfillment, integrating the digital services around the higher education, boosting the campuses’ marketing communication mix through social media and enhancing digital support for financial administration.  Based on those results, researchers concluded that innovation in digital management at higher education will not only help the executives to determine the best decisions for the future but also to develop the quality of the campus itself.


 


Perkembangan sektor digital di bidang pendidikan sudah sangat besar terutama setelah pandemi menghantam dunia pada tahun 2019 silam.  Hal ini tidak hanya dirasakan oleh negara asing tetapi juga oleh banyak institusi di berbagai bidang yang ada di negeri ini khususnya di Provinsi Jakarta.  Transisi penerapan digitalisasi ini sangat terlihat jelas tidak hanya pada sekolah tingkat dasar atau menengah tetapi juga pada tingkat perguruan tinggi.  Akan tetapi, kita juga tahu bahwa hal ini bukan tanpa masalah karena banyak sekali dari institusi pendidikan tersebut yang tidak siap dengan infrastruktur digital baik dari segi budaya, sosial maupun situasi ekonomi yang kurang mendukung.  Hal inilah yang menyebabkan tim peneliti ingin untuk melakukan inovasi pada pengelolaan digital perguruan tinggi.  Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan melakukan studi literatur terkait dengan pengelolaan digital perguruan tinggi.  Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa inovasi pengelolaan digital perguruan tinggi mampu memperluas opsi pengambilan keputusan strategik yang diambil oleh pengelola perguruan tinggi terutama untuk pengembangan peta infografis kekuatan akademisi perguruan tinggi, layanan informasi digital civitas akademika terintegrasi pada tingkat perguruan tinggi, utilisasi media sosial perguruan tinggi dan layanan administrasi keuangan digital.  Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa inovasi pengelolaan digital perguruan tinggi penting tidak hanya untuk kepentingan akreditasi institusi tetapi juga untuk kemajuan secara menyeluruh dari perguruan tinggi tersebut.
