ANALISIS MODEL PELATIHAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA BERBASIS KOMPETENSI PADA PERUSAHAAN PT. PINDAD

Abstract

Sistem pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia adalah sebagai salah satu strategi terbaik dalam mengembangkan perusahaan untuk menjadi perusahaan yang berkualitas.Untuk meraih tujuan tersebut ,maka dikembangkan  pendekatan terbaru dalam manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia yang dikenal  dengan Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Berbasis Kompetensi (CBHRM).Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Pindad  yang telah menerapkan manajemen sumber daya manusia berbasis kompetensi dan proses pelatihan berbasis kompetensi.Namun demikian ,dampak dari program pelatihan berbasis kompetensi tidak memberikan dampak yang optimal dalam memberikan kontribusi terhadap bisnis perusahaan.Hasil penelitian ini mengindikasikan  model pelatihan teknis (hard kompetensi) berbasis kompetensi harus didukung oleh soft kompetensi pegawai  yang terintegrasi dengan bisnis perusahaan. Implementasi model pelatihan berbasis kompetensi  dapat dilaksanakan dengan didasarkan pada standar soft kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh pegawai PT Pindad.

 

The Human Resource development system is one of the best strategies in developing a company to become a quality company. To achieve it, the latest approach in Human Resource management was developed, also known as Competency-Based Human Resource Management (CBHRM). This research was conducted at PT Pindad which has implemented competency-based human resource management and competency-based training processes. However, competency-based training program does not have an optimal impact in contributing to the company's business. The result of this study indicates that competency-based technical training model (hard competency) must be supported by employees’ soft competency that are integrated with the company's business. The implementation of competency- based training models can be implemented based on the soft competency standards possessed by PT Pindad employees.
