PERAN ENTREPRENEURIAL GRIT DAN PASSION BERWIRAUSAHA TERHADAP RESILIENSI KEWIRAUSAHAAN MELALUI DIGITALIZATION

Abstract

Resiliensi kewirausahaan merupakan kemampuan individu beradaptasi dan melakukan perubahan setelah menghadapi keadaan sulit, ancaman ataupun masalah. Resiliensi kewirausahaan dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, seperti entrepreneurial grit, passion berwirausaha dan digitalization. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh entrepreneurial grit dan passion berwirausaha terhadap resiliensi kewirausahaan dan efek mediasi digitalization. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner berbentuk skala likert melalui google form kepada 91 pemilik usaha/manajer UMKM F&B di Jakarta Barat. Analisis data menggunakan metode PLS-SEM yang diolah menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 4. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa entrepreneurial grit, passion berwirausaha dan digitalization berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap resiliensi kewirausahaan UMKM F&B di Jakarta Barat. Entrepreneurial Grit berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap resiliensi kewirausahaan UMKM F&B di Jakarta Barat dengan dimediasi oleh Digitalization. Passion Berwirausaha berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap resiliensi kewirausahaan UMKM F&B di Jakarta Barat dengan dimediasi oleh Digitalization.


 


Entrepreneurial resilience is the ability of individuals to adapt and make changes after facing difficult circumstances, threats or problems. Entrepreneurial resilience can be influenced by several factors, such as entrepreneurial grit, entrepreneurial passion and digitalization. This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial grit and entrepreneurial passion on entrepreneurial resilience and the mediating effect of digitalization. The sampling technique used non probability sampling method with purposive sampling approach. Data collection using a Likert scale questionnaire through google form to 91 business owners / managers of F&B MSMEs in West Jakarta. Data analysis using the PLS-SEM method which is processed using SmartPLS version 4 software. This study shows that entrepreneurial grit, entrepreneurial passion and digitalization have a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial resilience of F&B MSMEs in West Jakarta. Entrepreneurial Grit has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial resilience of F&B MSMEs in West Jakarta mediated by Digitalization. Entrepreneurial Passion has a positive but insignificant effect on the entrepreneurial resilience of F&B MSMEs in West Jakarta mediated by Digitalization.
