Abstract

Torsi kista ovarium adalah kista atau massa ovarium muncul dan memutar ligamen infundibulopelvis. Torsi kista ovarium dapat terjadi pada perempuan dari segala usia dan merupakan keadaan darurat ginekologi, karena mengakibatkan perubahan iskemik pada ovarium. Laporan kasus ini adalah mengenai seorang wanita 43 tahun dengan keluhan nyeri pada perut kiri bawah. Hasil USG transvaginal menunjukkan adanya massa kistik ovarium. Laparoskopi memastikan diagnosis torsi kista ovarium dan dilakukan detorsi dan kistektomi tanpa salfingo-ooforektomi.
