Gambaran Tingkat Stres Pada Pekerja Domisili Jabodetabek Selama Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 membatasi seseorang untuk melakukan aktivitas keseharian sehingga menimbulkan efek negatif pada tingkat stres seseorang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat stres pada pekerja di domisili jabodetabek selama pandemi Covid-19, penelitian ini merupakan penelitian berjenis deskriptif observasional dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non-random sampling yang berjumlah 248 responden. Pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini ialah dengan media google form berisikan kuesioner DASS-42 (Depression Anxiety and Stress Scale 42). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa lebih banyak responden tidak mengalami stres dibandingkan dengan yang mengalami stres selama pandemi covid-19. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa responden dapat melakukan berbagai kegiatan untuk mengurangi rasa stres selama pandemi covid-19.
