PROPORSI KELAINAN STRUKTUR TULANG BELAKANG PENDERITA NYERI PUNGGUNG PADA RADIOGRAFI KONVENSIONAL

Abstract

Nyeri punggung sangat sering dikeluhkan oleh banyak orang dan disebabkan oleh berbagai etiologi, termasuk kelainan struktur tulang belakang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah penulis ingin mengetahui kelainan tulang belakang apa saja yang dapat ditemukan pada penderita nyeri punggung di Rumah Sakit Royal Taruma dalam pemeriksaan radiografi konvensional. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif observasional dengan desain cross sectional yang dilakukan terhadap 65 orang subjek di Rumah Sakit Royal Taruma, Jakarta Barat  pada bulan Januari - Juni 2020. Data diperoleh melalui rekam medis pasien nyeri punggung dan penilaian adanya kelainan struktur tulang belakang pada radiografi konvensional menggunakan metode Cobb untuk mengukur kurvatura dan sistem grade untuk spondilolistesis. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan presentase gambaran kelainan struktur tulang belakang yang ditemukan dari total 65 orang subjek adalah gambaran skoliosis sebanyak 17 (26,15%) orang, gambaran spondilolistesis sebanyak enam (9,23%) orang, gambaran hiperlordosis sebanyak satu (1,54%) orang, dan gambaran kifosis sebanyak satu (1,54%) orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, disarankan untuk melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut dengan jumlah sampel yang lebih banyak dan menggunakan modalitas radiologi yang lebih canggih seperti MRI.
