MERETAS KEBUNTUAN NARASI, LITERASI STORYTELLING UNTUK PRODUKSI KONTEN YANG MEMILIKI IMPACT

Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi digital telah melahirkan generasi muda, khususnya Gen Z, yang aktif memproduksi dan membagikan konten di media sosial. Namun, sebagian besar dari mereka masih belum memiliki pemahaman memadai mengenai dasar-dasar storytelling yang efektif. Rendahnya wawasan ini menyebabkan konten yang dihasilkan cenderung reaktif, serta kurang mampu membangun relasi emosional dengan audiens. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di SMKN 1 Kota Cimahi sebagai respons atas kebutuhan akan peningkatan kemampuan siswa dalam memahami dan menerapkan konsep storytelling dalam produksi konten, baik analog maupun digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan interaktif dengan pendekatan experiential learning. Siswa dilibatkan secara aktif dalam diskusi, refleksi pengalaman pribadi, dan praktik pembuatan narasi. Materi pelatihan meliputi pemahaman dasar storytelling, struktur narasi (tokoh, alur, konflik, ending), dan fungsi storytelling dalam membangun konten yang bermakna dan berdampak. Hasil evaluasi melalui kuesioner menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta terkait storytelling dan pengaplikasiannya dalam dunia digital. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan literasi media siswa, tetapi juga membekali mereka dengan keterampilan strategis yang relevan untuk menghadapi tantangan industri kreatif. Dengan pelatihan yang sesuai karakteristik Gen Z, storytelling terbukti menjadi alat penting dalam membentuk kompetensi digital dan ekspresi kreatif remaja masa. Hasil ini akan lebih optimal jika dilanjutkan dengan workshop lain yang bersifat contextualized practice dan project-base learning.
