MANAJEMEN MUTU TERPADU UNTUK MEWUJUDKAN KUALITAS PEMBELAJARAN DI SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract

The main problem faced by the X Cirebon West Java public elementary school is the low quality of learning. Therefore, school principals try to make policies by implementing integrated quality management to realize quality learning. This research aims to determine the application of integrated quality management to realize the quality of learning in state X elementary schools in Cirebon. Participants involved in this research were school principals, teachers and education staff totaling 22 people. The data collection technique uses an integrated quality assurance management questionnaire and a learning quality questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistical tests. The research results show that integrated quality management can create a pleasant quality of learning that is felt by teachers and students in elementary school.


 


Persoalan utama yang dihadapi oleh sekolah dasar negeri X Cirebon Jawa Barat adalah rendahnya kualitas pembelajaran. Karena itu, kepala sekolah berusaha membuat kebijakan dengan menerapkan manajemen mutu terpadu untuk mewujudkan kualitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan manajemen mutu terpadu untuk mewujudkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah dasar negeri X di Cirebon. Partisipan yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru dan tenaga kependidikan yang berjumlah 22 orang. Teknik pengambilan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner manajemen penjaminan mutu terpadu dan kuesioner kualitas pembelajaran. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan uji statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen mutu terpadu dapat mewujudkan kualitas pembelajaran menyenangkan yang dirasakan oleh guru maupun murid di sekolah dasar.
