So that symptoms of burnout appear in the police which is caused by police duties that involve distance from other people. As well as external factors that cause police to experience symptoms of burnout, such as workload. It is known that workload is one aspect of job demands that is intensely related to burnout. Seeing this phenomenon, this research aims to examine what job demand factors can influence police burnout. In addition, researchers want to identify the extent to which the following topics have been discussed in previous research using the systematized review method. Researchers searched for articles on related topics in five databases. Then from these five databases, there are 700 articles related to the topic you want to research. After sorting, there were eight articles that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in this study. All articles used have also undergone a quality assessment using the AXIS Tool. The results obtained from this quality assessment were five articles that had a low risk of bias and three other articles that had a very low risk of bias. And the results obtained from this research are that intensive work demands can influence police fatigue. In addition, ten aspects of job demands were found that could influence burnout in police officers. The limitation of this research is that it is too broad in the demographic aspect.
