Abstract

Internship activities in recent years are increasingly in demand by students. PT X Indonesia as one of the best e-commerce companies in Indonesia also participates in providing various internship programs for college students. Students who take part in internships in a company still have their responsibility as students on campus. However, many students are unable to manage their time and find it difficult to prioritize the division of their assignments, resulting in unorganized coursework and messy work at the internship. If the time management between lecture activities and internship is not balanced, students will feel prolonged stress called burnout. To prevent this, the author and PT X discussed holding activities in the form of online seminars that could discuss this phenomenon with students who might be experiencing or interested in the phenomenon of work-life balance and time management. This discussion and sharing of experiences was carried out with college students in Indonesia through a webinar facilitated by one of the student organizations in Indonesia. The source of the presentation material used in this webinar session comes from research journals that discuss student work-life balance and its factors and impacts. The results of this webinar activity were obtained through participant feedback regarding their satisfaction with the material and its presentation. It can be concluded that this webinar helps participants to understand time management between lectures and internships, work-life balance, and burnout.
