Abstract

ABSTRACT


Employee well-being is an important thing that must be considered by a company. Having good well-being makes the level of employee productivity become high which has a good impact for the company. An employee who has good well-being will be able to cope with stress. For example, an employee from PT X showed procrastination behavior and felt unmotivated while doing their job. Based on the existing literature, these behaviors are related to the stress experienced by employees and makes employees' performance decreased. To prevent these actions becoming higher than before, the employees need facilities that could deliver their aspirations and complaints. Therefore, companies need a psychological service center to help them improve their employees’ well-being. Various literature reviews agree that psychological services such as counseling help increase productivity. The suggested psychological service program is still a small part of the employee assistance program, named Employee Psychological Program. The program proposed by the team is realized in the form of an e-book for the Employee Psychological Program which contains all the objectives, processes, and flow of the program which will be given to PT X later

ABSTRAK


Kesejahteraan karyawan merupakan hal penting yang harus diperhatikan oleh sebuah perusahaan. Memiliki kesejahteraan yang baik membuat tingkat produktivitas karyawan menjadi tinggi yang berdampak baik bagi perusahaan. Karyawan yang memiliki kesejahteraan yang baik dapat mengatasi stres yang dimilikinya. Sebagai contoh, karyawan di PT X menunjukkan perilaku menunda pekerjaan dan kurangnya motivasi dalam menjalankan pekerjaannya. Berdasarkan literatur yang ada, perilaku tersebut berkaitan dengan stres yang dialami karyawan dan membuat kinerja karyawan menjadi menurun. Agar hal tersebut tidak terjadi semakin tinggi, diperlukannya sebuah sarana bagi karyawan untuk menyampaikan aspirasi dan keluh kesah. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan memerlukan pusat pelayanan psikologis untuk membantu meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan mereka. Beragam kajian literatur sepakat bahwa layanan psikologis seperti konseling membantu meningkatkan produktivitas. Program layanan psikologis yang disarankan merupakan salah satu bagian kecil dari employee assistance program yaitu Program Psikologis Karyawan. Rancangan program yang diusulkan tim pelaksana direalisasikan dalam bentuk e-book Program Pelayanan Psikologis Karyawan yang memuat seluruh tujuan, proses, serta alur dari program yang nantinya akan diberikan kepada pihak PT X.
