GUIDANCE BOOK LAYANAN EMPLOYEE CARE CENTER (ECC) DI INSTANSI X GUNA MENINGKATKAN KESEJAHTERAAN KARYAWAN

ABSTRACT
Several factors can influence the realization of quality human resources, namely by paying attention to welfare, communication and work facilities. One of the facilities in Institution X to improve employee welfare is to provide Employee Care Center (ECC) services. The purpose of the establishment of the Employee Care Center (ECC) is to improve psychological well-being, performance and productivity for employees and maintain a balance between personal and work life. Some of the services available in the Employee Care Center (ECC) include counseling, psychological education, psychological assistance, an advisory team on marital and divorce issues and special treatment. There are three ways for employees to provide counseling services, namely self-referral by coming directly to the Employee Care Center (ECC) room, self-referral through e-counselling, and referral to superiors or work units. The result of the implementation of the Employee Care Center (ECC) service guidance book is to be used in the Employee Care Center (ECC) socialization activities at the head office and all representative offices of Institution X to introduce Employee Care Center (ECC) services to all bureaus and work departments in Institution X, and it is also hoped that with this guidance book, employees at Institution X can use the Employee Care Center (ECC) service to assist in solving problems that occur and can improve well-being and productivity at work.

ABSTRAK
Beberapa faktor yang dapat memengaruhi dalam mewujudkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas, yaitu dengan memperhatikan kesejahteraan, komunikasi dan fasilitas kerja. Salah satu fasilitas dalam Instansi X untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan adalah dengan menyediakan layanan Employee Care Center (ECC). Tujuan dari dibentuknya Employee Care Center (ECC) ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis, kinerja dan produktivitas bagi karyawan dan menjaga keseimbangan antara kehidupan pribadi dan pekerjaan. Beberapa layanan yang tersedia di dalam Employee Care Center (ECC) antara lain, konseling, edukasi psikologis, pendampingan psikologis, tim penasehat masalah perkawinan dan perceraian dan penanganan khusus. Untuk melakukan layanan konseling terdapat tiga alur yang dapat dilakukan karyawan, yaitu secara self-referral dengan datang langsung ke ruang Employee Care Center (ECC), self-referral dengan melalui e-counselling, dan rujukan atasan atau unit kerja. Hasil dari penerapan guidance book layanan program Employee Care Center (ECC) adalah untuk digunakan dalam kegiatan sosialisasi Employee Care Center (ECC) di kantor pusat dan seluruh kantor perwakilan Instansi X guna memperkenalkan layanan Employee Care Center (ECC) ke seluruh biro dan bagian kerja di dalam Instansi X, dan diharapkan juga dengan adanya guidance book ini maka karyawan di Instansi X dapat menggunakan layanan Employee Care Center (ECC) untuk membantu dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yang terjadi serta dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan produktivitas dalam bekerja.
