PENGEMBANGAN PROGRAM INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN (IDP) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN CAREER DEVELOPMENT PEGAWAI DI PERUSAHAAN X

ABSTRACT
Career Development is important, both for employees and for the company. Based on a survey conducted by company X, 30% of employees who resigned were employees who were classified as having high performance. From this data, some employees stated that the lack of facilitation of Career Development was the reason they submitted their resignation at company X. To overcome this, the company previously had an Individual Development Plan (IDP) program. However, this program has not been structured and socialized properly so that many employees do not know and maximize the benefits of the program. Therefore, the author, together with a mentor at company X, tried to develop the IDP program to make it more structured and effective. This program includes making outreach plans through posters, videos, and giving gifts to employees who have participated in the program. As a result, the current IDP program has an integrated system in the application on the internal website of company X and the employee participation rate for IDP in company X has increased by 40%. Furthermore, this IDP program can be continued with improvements to socialization involving relevant stakeholders, conducting individual communications, as well as developing wikipedia and company news on the company's internal website so that information can be accessed by employees without time limits.

ABSTRAK
Career Development merupakan hal yang penting, baik bagi pegawai maupun bagi perusahaan. Berdasarkan survei yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan X, 30 % pegawai yang mengundurkan diri merupakan pegawai yang tergolong memiliki performa yang tinggi. Dari data tersebut, sebagian pegawai mengemukakan bahwa kurang terfasilitasinya Career Development menjadi alasan mereka mengajukan pengunduran diri di perusahaan X. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, sebelumnya perusahaan telah memiliki program Individual Development Plan (IDP). Tetapi, program ini belum terstruktur dan tersosialiasi dengan baik sehingga banyak pegawai yang belum mengetahui dan memaksimalkan manfaat program tersebut. Oleh karena itu, penulis bersama dengan mentor pada perusahaan X, mencoba mengembangkan program IDP agar dapat lebih terstruktur dan efektif. Program ini meliputi pembuatan rancangan sosialiasi melalui media poster, video, serta pemberian hadiah pada pegawai yang telah berpartisipasi pada program. Hasilnya program IDP saat ini telah memiliki sistem yang telah terintegrasi pada aplikasi di website internal perusahaan X serta angka partisipasi pegawai terhadap IDP di perusahaan X meningkat 40%. Selanjutnya, program IDP ini dapat terus dilanjutkan dengan penyempurnaan pada sosialisasi yang melibatkan pemangku kepentingan terkait, melakukan komunikasi individual, serta mengembangkan Wikipedia dan berita kabar perusahaan pada website internal perusahaan supaya informasi dapat diakses oleh pegawai tanpa batas waktu.
