Abstract

The pandemic will soon end marked by a decrease in Covid-19 cases. This makes learning methods that
have been carried out completely online, are now changing into hybrid learning. These changes require
re-adaptation academic by students. This study aims to analyze the college life of students in Jakarta in the
context of hybrid learning and with their academic motivation. This research uses quantitative research
with non-experimental techniques. This study involved 183 students who were carrying out hybrid learning
between the ages of 17-23 years. The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship
between the two research variables (r= 0.406, p<0.01). The higher the academic motivation, the higher the
student's self-adjustment.
