PENGARUH CIRI KEPERIBADIAN WIRAUSAHA TERHADAP MINAT BERWIRAUSAHA MAHASISWA BUDDHIS DENGAN PENDIDIKAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI

Abstract
Salah satu faktor pendorong tumbuhnya kewirausahaan di suatu negara terletak pada peran universitas melalui penyelenggaraan pendidikan kewirausahaan Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri, kepribadian proaktif dan lokus kendali terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan pendidikan kewirausahaan sebagai variabel moderasi. Non-probability sampling merupakan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dan jumlah sampel di dalam penelitian sebanyak 142 responden dengan menyebarkan kuesioner sebagai pengumpulan data melalui google formulir secara online. Penelitian ini menerangkan bahwa 1) Efikasi diri dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi secara positif minat berwirausaha, 2) Kepribadian proaktif dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi secara positif minat berwirausaha, 3) Lokus kendali dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi secara positif minat berwirausaha, 4) Pendidikan kewirausahaan memoderasi pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap minat berwirausaha.
