Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Need for achievement (NACH) dan self efficacy (SELFEF) terhadap entrepreneurial intention (EI) pada mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi universitas tarumanagara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif yaitu dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang kemudian diolah dan dianalisis untuk mengambil kesimpulan. Populasi penelitian ini Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tarumanagara. Sampel yang dipilih adalah sebanyak 100 orang  mahasiswa-mahasiswi FE Untar angkatan 2014 – 2017. Hasil dari penelitian ini mmperlihatkan bahwa factor need for achievement dan self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap entrepreneurial intention pada mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi universitas tarumanagara.
