Abstract

This study aims to learn more deeply about the relationship between transformational leadership and work motivation on job satisfaction. The research method used is a survey, by distributing questionnaires. The number of respondents is 40 people. The chosen location is one of the companies located in JL. Prince Tubagus Angke namely PT Bajatama Lestari. In this study, the independent variable is compensation (X1) and work motivation (X2), which is the dependent variable is job satisfaction.



Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari lebih mendalam mengenai hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey, dengan menyebarkan kuisioner. Jumlah responden berjumlah 100 orang. Lokasi yang dipilih adalah salah satu perusahaan yang berada di JL. Pangeran Tubagus Angke yaitu PT Bajatama Lestari. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi variabel bebas adalah kompensasi (X1) dan motivasi kerja (X2), yang menjadi variabel dependen adalah kepuasan kerja.
