Abstract

This research was conducted to discover the effect of Human Capital and Social Capital on the Success of Creative Industrial Business in the Field of art and craft in Bali with Innovation as a Mediation Variable. The research design was descriptive with a total sample of 55 respondents, the sampling technique used a non-probability sampling method. Data is processed using the Smart PLS 3.0 program. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between human capital and social capital on innovation. In addition, innovation also has a significant influence and can mediate human capital and social capital towards business success.



Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Modal Manusia dan Modal Sosial terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha Industri Kreatif Bidang Seni Kriya di Bali Dengan Inovasi sebagai Variabel Mediasi. Desain penelitian adalah deskriptif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 55 responden, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non-probability sampling. Data di proses dengan menggunakan program Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara modal manusia dan modal sosial terhadap inovasi. Selain itu, inovasi juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan serta dapat memediasi modal manusia dan modal sosial terhadap keberhasilan usaha.
