Pengaruh Attitude, Subjective Norms Dan Self Efficacy Terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha Pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tarumanagara

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of attitude, subjective norms and self efficacy on student entrepreneurship intentions at Economic Faculty Tarumanagara University with using purposive sampling method. Samples in this research consist of 155 students of Economic Faculty Tarumanagara University. The method of data collection in this study uses questionnaires and data analysis using SPSS software version 23. The results showed that attitude and self efficacy had an influence on entrepreneurial intention while the subjective norms did not have an influence on entrepreneurial intention.



Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh attitude, subjective norms dan self efficacy terhadap intensi berwirausaha pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tarumanagara. Sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 155 mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tarumanagara dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan software SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa attitude dan self efficacy memiliki pengaruh terhadap intensi berwirausaha sedangkan subjective norms tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap intensi berwirausaha.
