Pengaruh Kreativitas, Edukasi Dan Efikasi Diri Terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha Dalam Generasi Z

Abstract
This study aims to find out the effect that occurs between creativity, education, and self efficacy toward entrepreneurial commitment, also the influence that occurs between the entrepreneurial intention. This study also wants to find out whether the creativity, education and self efficacy towards entrepreneurial intentions in generation Z in West Jakarta. This research uses quantitative method in which data are collected by researchers through direct survey with non-probability sampling (purposive sampling) technique to prospective respondents by giving questionnaires to 70 respondents on Gen Z in West Jakarta. The data analysis method used by the researcher is SEM with bootstrapping method to measure the level of significance. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive influence on creativity, education and self efficacy to entrepreneurial intention.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara kreativitas terhadap intensi berwirausaha, pengaruh antara edukasi terhadap intensi berwirausaha dan pengaruh antara efikasi diri terhadap intensi berwirausaha dan meneliti nya dalam generasi Z di daerah Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dimana data dikumpulkan oleh peneliti melalui survei dengan teknik purposive sampling kepada calon responden dengan memberikan kuesioner terhadap 70 responden generasi Z di Jakarta Barat. Metode analisis data yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah SEM dengan metode bootstrapping untuk mengukur tingkat signifikansinya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kreativitas terhadap intensi berwirausaha, serta terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada edukasi terhadap intensi berwirausaha dan menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada efikasi diri terhadap intensi berwirausaha.
