Pengaruh Kompensasi, Stres, dan Budaya terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan Motivasi sebagai Mediasi

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, stres kerja, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), dengan data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari 88 pekerja di Perusahaan XYZ. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, dari tiga variabel independent, hanya kompensasi dan stress kerja yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dan stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Dari kedua variabel independen tersebut, pengaruh variabel kompensasi lebih dominan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Selain itu, motivasi kerja berperan sebagai mediator yang menghubungkan antara ketiga variabel independent dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini menyarankan Perusahaan untuk memperbaiki strategi kompensasinya untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawannya.
This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, job stress, and organizational culture on job satisfaction, with work motivation as a mediating variable. This study uses the Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method, with data collected through questionnaires from 88 workers at XYZ Company. The results showed that, of the three independent variables, only compensation and job stress have an influence on job satisfaction. Compensation has a positive influence on employee job satisfaction and job stress has a negative effect on employee job satisfaction. Of the two independent variables, the influence of the compensation variable is more dominant on job satisfaction. In addition, work motivation acts as a mediator that connects the three independent variables and job satisfaction. This research suggests that the company should improve its compensation strategy to increase employee job satisfaction.
