Determinan Kinerja Karyawan dengan Mediasi Kepuasan Kerja pada BNI Cabang Jatinegara

Abstrak
This study aims to examine the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable among employees at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Jatinegara Branch. A quantitative research method with saturated sampling technique was applied, involving 80 respondents. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) with SmartPLS 4. The findings reveal that leadership style and work environment positively and significantly affect job satisfaction and employee performance. Furthermore, job satisfaction significantly mediates the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance. This study provides theoretical and practical contributions to human resource management, particularly in the banking sector.
