Pendidikan Kewirausahaan, Kreativitas, dan Niat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa Psikologi

Abstract
Indonesia is a country that is very rich in Human Resources (HR) and Natural Resources (SDA). Wealth in the fields of human resources and natural resources must be managed properly so that it can have a positive impact on the future development of the nation. The statistics obtained show that there are still 4.82% of Indonesian people who are still open unemployed. The alternative way that can be applied to solve the following problems is by empowering existing human resources through entrepreneurship programs. Departing from this statement, there are various aspects that are allegedly able to increase entrepreneurial intentions in the younger generation, one of which is entrepreneurship education and creativity honed since they are still studying at school or college. This study aims to see whether there is an effect of entrepreneurship education variables and creativity on entrepreneurial intentions of psychology students at Tarumanagara University. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods and the use of purposive sampling method so that the entire population has the same opportunity to be selected as a sample in this study. The sample in the study amounted to 95 students majoring in psychology Tarumanagara University. The results of this study state that there is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intention, but for creativity is stated to have a positive but insignificant effect on entrepreneurial intention. The conclusion of this study is the need to continue entrepreneurship education and consistency from universities to continue to create an environment that supports the emergence of creative ideas from each student so that the confidence of students can continue to increase and entrepreneurial intentions will grow slowly.
