Pengaruh Role Model dan Entrepreneurial Passion terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention di Era Digital

Abstract
The objective of this study is to examine several outcomes, namely the influence of role models on entrepreneurial intention and the influence of entrepreneurial passion on entrepreneurial intention. The sampling technique employed is convenience sampling. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire distributed through Google Forms to 150 respondents. Data analysis was performed using SmartPLS 4.0. The sample consists of undergraduate management students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Tarumanagara University who have taken entrepreneurship courses. The results of the study indicate that role models have a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial intention, and entrepreneurial passion also has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial intention.
