Pengaruh Pelatihan dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Komitmen Organisasi dengan Mediasi Kepuasan Kerja

Abstract
Education in Indonesia has now entered the stage of global competition which plays an important role in driving economic development towards progress and prosperity. In the midst of increasingly competitive global competition, Indonesia is required to produce high quality human resources in order to compete at the international level. One effort that is very relevant in achieving this goal is to provide high quality education for the nation's next generation. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of training, transformational leadership, job satisfaction on organizational commitment and to test job satisfaction as a mediator between training, transformational leadership and organizational commitment. The sample selection technique used was nonprobability sampling and the sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study was 100 people who work as kindergarten teachers in Kalideres sub-district, West Jakarta city. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires and processed using SmartPLS 4 for Microsoft Windows version 4.0.9.8. The results of this research are that training and transformational leadership can positively and significantly influence organizational commitment. Training and transformational leadership can positively and significantly influence job satisfaction. Job satisfaction can positively and significantly influence organizational commitment. Job satisfaction cannot mediate the relationship between training and organizational commitment. Job satisfaction can mediate the relationship between training and organizational commitment.
