Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan

Abstract

Kepuasan kerja merupakan komponen penting yang menjadi bagian dalam sebuah perusahaan yang dapat berdampak pada peningkatan produktivitas, kinerja dan perkembangan perusahaan sehingga perusahaan perlu mengetahui kepuasan kerja karyawannya. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu melakukan berbagai cara untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawannya. Dari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan, penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan motivasi karyawan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini 67 orang dan dilakukan di Swiss-Belhotel Airport Jakarta. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan teknik Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan motivasi karyawan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Melalui kedua variabel independen yang digunakan, variabel budaya organisasi yang paling besar pengaruhnya pada kepuasan kerja karyawan.
 

Job satisfaction is an important component that is part of a company which can have an impact on increasing productivity, performance and company development so companies need to know the job satisfaction of their employees. Therefore, companies need to take various ways to increase employee job satisfaction. Of the factors that influence employee job satisfaction, this research is aimed at determining the influence of organizational culture and employee motivation on employee job satisfaction. The number of samples in this research was 67 people and was conducted at Swiss-Belhotel Airport Jakarta. The data obtained was analyzed using techniques Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The research results show that organizational culture and employee motivation have a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction.Through the two independent variables used, the organizational culture variable has the greatest influence on employee job satisfaction.
