Abstract
Self-efficacy is defined as a person's belief in their ability to mobilize the motivation, cognitive power, and actions needed to accomplish a specific task. Entrepreneurial competencies are skills possessed by an entrepreneur, such as self-esteem, job-specific, trait, and social knowledge, management competencies, and the ability to collaborate, which contribute to improving company results. Entrepreneurial success is the achievement of the company's financial goals, owner goals, and consumer goals within a certain period of time. Family support is the level of support provided, both in terms of feelings, social, and financial, to start the foundation of entrepreneurship. This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the contribution of self-efficacy and entrepreneurial competence to the success of MSME entrepreneurship and the moderating effect of family support. The questionnaire was distributed by researchers online to 55 MSME owners in West Jakarta. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with purposive sampling approach. PLS-SEM is the method used to analyze data using SmartPLS software version 4.0.9.6 to measure the level of significance. This study results in self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial success. Entrepreneurial competence has a negative and significant effect on entrepreneurial success. Family support has a positive and non-significant effect on entrepreneurial success. Family support moderates with a significant negative impact of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial success. Family support moderates with a significant negative impact of entrepreneurial competence on entrepreneurial success.
