Pengaruh Kerjasama Tim dan Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja Melalui Kepuasan Kerja pada Karyawan

Abstract
Performance is a factor that measures the work results of an employee with the hopes or expectations given by the company. Performance itself can be influenced by various factors, one of which is job satisfaction. Employees with a high level of job satisfaction tend to show good performance in the organization where they work. Job satisfaction itself can be influenced by teamwork and training. Forming good teamwork and supporting employees will increase job satisfaction which will have an impact on increasing performance. Providing appropriate training can support employee work and can make employees feel satisfaction which ultimately makes employees maximize their performance. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of teamwork and training on performance through job satisfaction. Researchers distributed questionnaires to 48 respondents. The sampling method is non-probability sampling with total sampling type. The data analysis method in this research is the quantitative method and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. The results of this research state that teamwork and training have an effect on job satisfaction while teamwork and training have no effect on performance and job satisfaction has an effect on the performance of PT Boom Juara Emas employees.
