Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Stres Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Kompensasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja

Abstract

Di era globalisasi saat ini, kepuasan kerja karyawan menjadi hal yang sangat penting, hal ini disebabkan oleh banyak faktor. Tujuan dari  penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, stres kerja, motivasi kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja bagi karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan ekspedisi. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 120 karyawan yang bekerja pada perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri ekspedisi di Jakarta. Teknik pemilihan sampel yang sesuai dengan penelitian akan memberikan hasil yang representatif dari populasi karyawan perusahaan ekspedisi adalah purposive sampling dengan menggunakan metode non-pribability sampling. Dalam penelitian ini, Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan melalui melalui teknik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Berdasarkan pada penelitian, ditemukan hasil Hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja kerja memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, stres kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.
 

In the current era of globalization, employee job satisfaction is very important, this is caused by many factors. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work environment, work motivation, job stress and compensation on job satisfaction for employees working in expedition companies. The number of samples in this research was 120 employees who worked for companies operating in the expedition industry in jakarta. The sample selection technique that is appropriate to the research will provide representative results from the population of expedition company employees, namely purposive sampling using the non-probability sampling method. In this research, testing was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique. Based on the research, results were found showing that the work environment has a significant positive influence on job satisfaction, job stress has an insignificant negative influence on job satisfaction, work motivation has a significant positive influence on job satisfaction, compensation has a significant positive influence on job satisfaction.
