Pengaruh Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan, Motivasi Berwirausaha, dan Lingkungan Keluarga terhadap Niat Berwirausaha

Abstrak
The aim of this research is to determine the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial motivation, and family environment on entrepreneurial intentions among Tarumanagara University students. Data processing in this research uses SmartPLS version 3.0. Sampling in this research used purposive sampling technique. With a total research sample of 100 Tarumanagara University students taking entrepreneurship concentration courses. This research show that entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, entrepreneurial motivation has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, and the family environment has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions of Tarumanagara University students. This research suggests further research to expand the variable framework to include additional elements, including variables not included in this study, examine populations that have not been studied, and then also use structural modeling techniques to investigate the relationship between entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial motivation, and family environment, including direct and indirect influences. In addition, it is recommended for universities to regularly hold workshops that focus on developing students' entrepreneurial knowledge, these workshops can include practical sessions, case studies and insights from business practitioners. By holding an entrepreneurial motivation development program, this entrepreneurial motivation includes inspirational speakers, group discussions, and other activities to stimulate entrepreneurial motivation in students carrying out the development program.
