Abstract

Sektor wirausaha memiliki peran yang krusial dalam menggalakkan pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu negara. Keberadaan para pengusaha sangat kritis dalam menciptakan peluang pekerjaan, meningkatkan efisiensi produksi, dan mendorong perkembangan inovasi ekonomi. Maka itu, membangkitkan minat terhadap kewirausahaan di kalangan masyarakat menjadi suatu strategi penting, khususnya di antara mahasiswa dan generasi muda, untuk memastikan kelangsungan dan kemajuan perekonomian. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efikasi Diri, motivasi wirausaha, dan pendidikan kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha Mahasiswa Universitas Tarumanagara. Penelitian ini menggunakan Sampel pada penelitian ini terdiri dari 122 mahasiswa yang sedang menempuh studi di fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis Universitas Tarumanagara. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non-probability dengan teknik pendekatan purposive sampling. Responden pada penelitian ini mengisi kuesioner secara online melalui google form. Untuk analisis data, penelitian ini memilih SEM (Structural EquationModeling) sebagai alat analisis yang akan digunakan dengan software SmartPLS versi 4. Hasil hipotesis dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara efikasi diri, motivasi wirausaha, dan pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha Mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis Universitas Tarumanagara. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah efikasi Diri, motivasi wirausaha, dan pendidikan kewirausahaan sudah ada pada mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis Universitas Tarumanagara, namun hal ini dapat ditingkatkan dengan meningkatkan keyakinan mahasiswa untuk membuat bisnis dan menjaga kelangsungan bisnis tersebut, selain itu dengan peningkatan motivasi wirausaha mahasiswa menjadi ingin lebih memulai suatu usaha karena menyadari sulitnya mencari lapangan pekerjaan dan meningkatnya kebutuhan hidup.
 

The entrepreneurial sector plays a crucial role in promoting a country's economic growth. The presence of entrepreneurs is critical in creating job opportunities, improving production efficiency, and encouraging the development of economic innovation. Therefore, generating interest in entrepreneurship among the public is an important strategy, especially among students and the younger generation, to ensure economic sustainability and progress. Therefore, this study aims to determine whether self-efficacy, entrepreneurial motivation, and entrepreneurship education have a positive and significant influence on the entrepreneurial interest of Tarumanagara University students. This study uses a sample in this study consisting of 122 students who are studying at the faculty of economics and business, Tarumanagara University. This research method uses non-probability techniques with purposive sampling approach techniques. Respondents in this study filled out a questionnaire online via google form. For data analysis, this study chose SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) as the analysis tool to be used with SmartPLS version 4 software. The hypothesis result of this study is that there is a significant influence between self-efficacy, entrepreneurial motivation, and entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial interest of Tarumanagara University economics and business faculty students. The conclusion of this study is that self-efficacy, entrepreneurial motivation, and entrepreneurship education already exist in students of the faculty of economics and business at Tarumanagara University, but this can be improved by increasing students' confidence to create a business and maintain the continuity of the business, besides that by increasing entrepreneurial motivation students become more eager to start a business because they realize the difficulty of finding jobs and the increasing needs of life.
