Pengaruh Pendidikan Kewirausahaan dan Keinovatifan terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha Melalui Motivasi Berwirausaha pada Mahasiswa PTS di Jakarta

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dan keinovatifan terhadap intensi berwirausaha yang dimediasi oleh motivasi berwirausaha. Selain itu, dalam penelitian ini, keinovatifan juga berperan sebagai mediator antara pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner online yaitu google form dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 168 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SmartPLS versi 4.0. Sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswa aktif dan sedang menempuh studi di salah satu universitas swasta di Jakarta yang sudah terakreditasi unggul. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) pendidikan kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap intensi berwirausaha, 2) pendidikan kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap keinovatifan, 3) keinovatifan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap intensi berwirausaha, 4) keinovatifan memiliki pengaruh dalam memediasi hubungan antara pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha, 5) motivasi berwirausaha memiliki pengaruh dalam memediasi hubungan antara pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha, 6) motivasi berwirausaha memiliki pengaruh dalam memediasi hubungan antara keinovatifan terhadap intensi berwirausaha.
 

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education and innovativeness on entrepreneurial intention mediated by entrepreneurial motivation. In addition, in this study, innovativeness also acts as a mediator between entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intention. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. Data is collected by using an online questionnaire, namely google form with a sample size of 168 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Data processing is done using SmartPLS version 4.0. The sample in this study were active students and were studying at one of the private universities in Jakarta which has been accredited superior. The results of this study indicate that 1) entrepreneurship education has a positive influence on entrepreneurial intention, 2) entrepreneurship education has a positive influence on innovativeness, 3) innovativeness has a positive influence on entrepreneurial intention, 4) innovativeness has an influence in mediating the relationship between entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intention, 5) entrepreneurial motivation has an influence in mediating the relationship between entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intention, 6) entrepreneurial motivation has an influence in mediating the relationship between innovativeness on entrepreneurial intention.
