Determinan Kreativitas Berwirausaha Generasi Z

Abstract
MSMEs have a significant impact on GDP which increases from year to year. In 2020, the contribution of MSMEs to gross domestic product (GDP) was 61%. Based on data from the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs, in 2019, there were 65.4 million MSMEs. This proves that the impact and contribution of MSMEs is very large in reducing poverty levels in Indonesia. To support sustainable development efforts, an entrepreneurial approach is needed. Entrepreneurship can help the government to create new jobs and reduce the number of declines. The generation that is the target for entrepreneurship development in Indonesia is Gen-Z because it is considered a generation that cares about social and environmental issues, and has a global and open view. This research aims to analyze the influence of Entrepreneurship Knowledge, Education and Innovation on EntrepreneurialCreativity for Generation Z. This type of research is quantitative descriptive, the sample used in the research was 127 Generation-Z respondents using purposive sampling. The data analysis technique uses SEM analysis with SmartPLS 4 software. The research results show that EntrepreneurshipKnowledge has a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Creativity, Entrepreneurship Education has a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Creativity and Entrepreneurship Innovation has a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Creativity.
