Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan

Abstrak
This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style, work motivation, and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT Sri Ratu. In this study, we will use sampling techniques, namely using saturated sampling techniques with a total of 46 respondents and processed with the help of SmartPLS software version 4. The results of the analysis show that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. On the other hand, work environment has a negative and significant influence on employee job satisfaction. The implications of these findings provide valuable insights for companies in developing human resource management strategies, focusing on increasing positive leadership styles and work motivation, while improving work environment conditions to ensure optimal employee job satisfaction.
