Efikasi Diri sebagai Mediator Pengaruh Pendidikan Kewirausahaan, Kecerdasan Adversitas terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha

Abstract
Entrepreneurial activities have an important role in the economic progress of a region. This study aims to assess whether entrepreneurship education and adversity intelligence have an impact on entrepreneurial intention, with self-efficacy acting as a mediating variable. The research instrument used is a questionnaire prepared based on indicators of each variable. The questionnaire was distributed online through Google Forms and successfully collected responses from 210 participants. The sampling method applied was non-probability sampling method using purposive sampling technique. Data processing was carried out using SmartPLS software version 4.0. The results showed that entrepreneurship education and adversity intelligence have a positive and significant influence on self-efficacy. Entrepreneurship education and self-efficacy have a positive and significant impact on entrepreneurial intention. Meanwhile, adversity intelligence has a positive but insignificant effect on entrepreneurial intention. Self-efficacy is proven to mediate the effect of entrepreneurship education and adversity intelligence on entrepreneurial intention. Thus, this study is expected to be a reference for similar research in the future and contribute to the development of more effective entrepreneurial intention programs.
