Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan pada PT XYZ

Abstract
Human resources (HR) are the focus for companies to survive in the era of globalization. HR refers to the main assets of an organization, namely the individuals who work in it. The general goal of HR is to optimize employees in the company. The higher the quality of HR, the better the employees’ performance. Therefore, good and structured human resource management is needed so that the company can carry out its vision and mission well. Employee job satisfaction is often associated with motivation, compensation, and training. With low motivation, compensation and training provided by companies to their employees, this can lead to low employee job satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to explain and analyze the influence of Motivation, Compensation and Training on employee job satisfaction at PT XYZ. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires via Google Form to 56 employees. The data processing technique uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with the help of Smart-PLS 4. The results of this study show that Motivation has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction, Compensation has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction, and Training has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. not significant to job satisfaction. It is expected that this research can produce real benefits by providing input to pay attention to employee job satisfaction through motivation, compensation and training.
