Peran Organisasi Pembelajaran terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Komitmen Organisasi

Abstract
This research examines the relationship between learning organizations and employee performance mediated by organizational commitment at PT Boom Juara Emas. The rapid growth in the gaming industry,has encouraged PT BOOM Juara Emas to create a business specifically for those who like the world of gaming, by the name Boom Indonesia. In fact, the application and game sector succeeded in contributing a GDP of IDR 31.25 trillion in 2021, this achievement has an impact on increasing the number of jobs. The Indonesian game association together with the ministry of tourism, creative economy and information technology have sent 8 selected local game developers to the American game connection event. 2023 (Tourism & creative economy, 2022). The questionnaire was filled in by 48 employees of PT Boom Juara Emas. Questionnaire results were obtained using Smart PLS 4.0. The research uses cross sectional because researchers study the effects and risks by observing or collecting data at the same time to determine whether there is a relationship between variables. Distribution of questionnaires will be carried out from 9-12 November 2023, filling in the questionnaire via Google form. In the author's research, learning organizations have a positive and significant influence on employee performance and organizational commitment, organizational commitment also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance and organizational commitment can mediate the relationship between organizational learning and employee performance at PT Boom Juara Emas.
